Parick Huter

Parick Huter was born and raised in Innsbruck and learned to ski in the “Skihauptschule Neustift” where he was one of the most successful skiers of his age. He was part of the national junior team and did a lot of national and international ski races.

After that he did several educations at the famous Arlberg area and from then on he was totally into Freeskiing. Winning the filmup event in 2006 and being invited to the Red Bull Hike and Ride in 2007 was a little step into the right direction. Patrick is now realizing some small and independet filmprojects on his own while traveling the globe with his skis!

What Binding do you use?
Marker Tour F12, on bigger skis i use the Tour F12 EPF

Why do you like this binding?
The Binding is very reliable and stable but still quite light.

How did you become involved in skitouring?
Around Innsbruck there are great possibilities to go skitouring and as i spend all me spare time on the mountains around Innsbruck i started early to use my ski touring gear to leave the skiareas.

Whats your all time favourite Skitour?
Thats very dependend on the snow conditions but in Schmirntal close to Innsbruck are several good Tours.

Plans for the future?
Skiguide, Ski steep and save.
